  • Learn how to resource and support your nervous system, by meeting yourself where you are, with the support of a grounded co-regulator.

  • Recognise the feedback your nervous system sends you when you’re in various states of stress.

  • Be less reactive to triggers by leaning into what is here, rather than suppressing or avoiding emotions.

  • Feel more grounded and spacious as you build the capacity to listen to your body.

  • Improve your vagal tone.

  • Feel more empowered to deal with challenging situations and say yes to opportunities.

By reconnecting with the body via the Vagus nerve, you will notice benefits such as

  • An increase in your capacity for emotional regulation

  • Enjoying more self-confidence, trust and comfort in your own skin

  • More satisfying personal and professional relationships.

  • Greater flexibility and bandwidth to meet life’s opportunities and challenges.

A great support for anxiety relief, recovery from panic attacks, chronic stress and burnout prevention and recovery.

Working with Michelle for the last few months to learn how to regulate my vagus nerve has been an absolute pleasure and has made a huge difference to my life.

Michelle is a master at guiding people to connect to their bodies to create calm and wellbeing. After working with Michelle, I am now able to move myself from an immobilised and hopeless state through to a creative and productive state of being when needed. But I also know that it is ok to take time to convalesce to support my healing!
